A model for every type of restaurant

Depending on your restaurant’s food specialties and required batch sizes, we offer a range of mixer options. The Varimixer ERGO series is ideal for large-scale needs offering bowl sizes up to 140 litres. ERGO has a ground-breaking ergonomic design. All work is done with a straight back and unhindered access to changing tools at the correct ergonomic working height. Moreover, the bowl can be removed and a new one wheeled in without having to remove the tool.

Our AR series is especially suitable for medium sized restaurants. Our most popular models are the AR60 and the AR40, which has been chosen by 7,000 restaurants and bakeries since it was first introduced in 2000. Both models are also available in a special pizza version with an extra powerful motor.

Varimixer Kodiak is the perfect mixer for small restaurants and delis. The flexible machine has the world’s most efficient whip, which increases speed at the periphery and reduces working time. This makes it ideal for making dressings, cream, dough and batter. With the addition of an attachment drive, Kodiak can also be used to slice vegetables, chop meat and grate cheese, offering more options for the innovative deli chef.
