Improved lifting lever for better ergonomics

AR30 + AR40 + AR60

NEW POSITION

The ball is now attachedto the shaft with a solid thread to gain robustness and avoid glue attachment.

New design achieves:

Use less force when raising the bowl (Law of the lever logic)
Better ergonomic work position
Bigger spacing between speed / lifting lever
Shorter reach

AR30 + AR40:

Longer lifting lever (compared to earlier models)
Different angle / position

AR60:

Same lifting lever (compared to earlier model)
Different angle / position
